The Actor's Workshop of Sacramento is a place for actors of all levels of experience to develop their craft. The Workshop offers private and group acting classes for children, teens, and adults taught by award-winning acting coach Ed Claudio.
The affiliated Actor's Theatre of Sacramento has staged hundreds of plays, including classic works by Shakespeare and Chekhov; great 20th century American works by Tennessee Williams and Arthur Miller; and modern plays, including full-scale productions by local playwrights. The theater also produces annual one-act play festivals and teen and children's shows performed by Workshop students. Click here for information about upcoming productions.
The Actor’s Workshop of Sacramento offers continuing weekly drop-in, private, and group acting classes in Sacramento for adults, teens, and kids. In addition, a children’s theater camp is offered during the summer.
Continuing classes include adult scene study and a teen acting workshop. Private acting classes can be tailored to the student's schedule and interests.

Ed Claudio’s theatrical career spans more than forty years as a producer, director, acting instructor, playwright, and actor. He has appeared in more than 150 plays and has produced and/or directed more than 70 full length plays and more than 200 one-acts throughout the United States and Europe.
Ed is a winner of the Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commission Theatre Award for Arts Education, an award given in theater once every 6 years.

All camps are for 2 weeks, 9am-2pm, Monday - Friday. For Kids 7-13 and Teens 13-18.
